As a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic, schools have been closed in Peru for about 2 years. In order to allow the children in the poorest and most remote areas around Lima to follow courses at a distance and stay connected to the education system, we have provided several laptops (donated by our supporters or purchased from the organization “Close the Gap”). Staying in touch is absolutely essential for the children, as once they stop going to school, they often never go back and compromise their chances for a better future.
